Pascallerg®: Proven for decades for hay fever sufferers
Pascallerg® is used to treat hay fever. With its three homeopathic active ingredients—formic acid, Gelsemium, and Alumen chromicum—Pascallerg® provides support both long-term relief by modulating the body's response to allergies and in cases of acute symptoms.

What does formic acid do for allergies?
Formic acid (Latin: Acidum formicum) is the simplest carboxylic acid with the structural formula HCOOH. It is named after the ant (Latin: formica) because the acid is said to make up about half of its body weight. Other animals and plants also produce this colorless and caustic acid: nettles, bees, ground beetles, scorpions, and jellyfish. They use these as offensive or defensive weapons in their sometimes very complex venom mixtures.
Incidentally, for the production of formic acid used industrially and pharmaceutically, these animals are no longer used – it is now predominantly produced synthetically. As with all substances, however, the irritant effect is a matter of dose: small doses are often beneficial or at most irritating, while higher doses can certainly be harmful. Formic acid, in homeopathic doses, is considered a stimulant and modulator. This means that the body is encouraged to react less sensitively to allergic stimuli. Formic acid is well suited to explaining the principle of homeopathy. An ant bite triggers a strong reaction: itching, burning, and redness. Homeopathically prepared formic acid is used precisely for such symptoms, which are typical of allergic reactions.
It has proven effective to take homeopathic remedies containing formic acid even before the actual allergy season begins, in order to rebalance the body's overreacting immune system.
